1. Materials Processing Lab
- Materials Processing Lab (Process Lab): The facilities present in this laboratory are used for preparation of nano materials, thin films and device fabrication. The materials being prepared belong to the categories: biomaterials, magnetic materials, spintronic materials, multiferroic materials, semiconductor materials, organic materials and dielectric materials, whilst the devices belong to the categories of solar cells, spintronic devices, electronic devices etc. These labs also have furnaces and fume hoods to assist in the preparation / fabrication steps.

2. Materials Characterisation Lab
- The facilities present in these labs can be used for optical, electrical, magnetic, multiferroic, surface, structural and microstructure characterisations. These equipment are shared with other universities / institutes of the country.
