Prof. Dr. Shahid Atiq is serving at the Centre of Excellence in Solid State Physics, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He earned his PhD in Solid State Physics from the same university, focusing on materials having giant magnetic moments. His research interests span multiferroics, energy harvesting and solar cell simulations. He has supervised numerous M.Phil. and Ph.D. students and published more than 250 articles in reputed international journals. He has worked in world renowned universities like KAIST and GIST in South Korea, along with his active participation in many international conferences. His national and international research collaborations reflect his strong commitment to serve humanity by advancing experimental solid-state physics.
